Ageing is an essential step in the crafting of our wines. Our “Grands Vins” cuvées are allowed to rest on fine lees for 6 months in concrete and stainless steel tanks in the aim of developing structure and enhancing the fruity, spicy notes that are already present in the varietals.
Our “Crus” are aged in casks and 450-litre barrels for 10 to 12 months. We thereby obtain fresh yet dense red wines.
