Following rigorous selection of the plots, our vinifications are delicate in the aim of obtaining light, dazzling colour. Fermentations are conducted under controlled temperatures, which are kept quite low, to allow the wine to express all of its seaside finesse and freshness.
Our Coteaux Varois en Provence rosé with its powder pink colour and aromas and flavours of fresh fruit is best enjoyed in the shade of a tall pine tree while listening to the singing of the cicadas.
